My Quang or Quang noodle is a typical local food in Da Nang city and Quang Nam province. There are many restaurants in Danang selling this dish. Among them, My Quang Que is a best place to enjoy. It is located in the center of city, it is easy to find and enjoy.

My Quang is made from rice and served with many fresh herbs and vegetables like: baby cabbage, basil, coriander, banana flowers, water morning glory and lettuce. In My Quang Que, there are many kind of My Quang, such as My Quang with beef, with shrimps and pork, with eel, with chicken, with snakehead fish and with pork ribs. Each type has its own taste, but they are featuring the flavors of Quang Nam. It will be more delicious if you accompany by grilled rice paper, lemons, green chillies and pure fish sauce.

It is a special in My Quang Que, drinking water is boiled from plantains leaves, corn silk or roasted bean. They help us to purify the body and be good for health.

With reasonable price, about 30.000vnd/ servings. Mỳ Quảng Quê attracted both local pepole and visitors in Da Nang.
